Jacolyn has 26 years experience in full service money management. She specialized in portfolio construction and wealth planning for individuals and families, and retirement plan management for business owners.

Jacolyn has worked as a client relationship strategist and investment advisor throughout her entire career. Her previous roles included high-profile positions with large brokerage firms, bank trust divisions, and a Washington, DC based accounting and consulting firm. Her years of experience and education throughout her corporate roles ultimately led her to choose a path of independence and business ownership. What she values most about having her own RIA practice is working with her limited number of clients in a truly custom way, free of all corporate and Wall Street conflicts or demands.

Splitting time between Annapolis, MD and northern, NY, where she is originally from, Jacolyn spends much of her free time on the water. She practices healthy work habits and balances her disciplined work schedule as a sole practitioner, with as much time outdoors as possible. Jacolyn is a competitive sailor and antique boat owner and enthusiast, spending weekends competing in sailing regattas or cruising with family and friends on her antique picnic boat, KITTEN.

Jacolyn grew up in the Adirondack foothills of northern, NY and was educated in her home state. She received a BS in Business from Syracuse University and an MBA from Clarkson University. She currently holds FINRA license series 65 and 63 for Registered Investment Advisors. She is the founder and sole owner of JWC Capital Management, LLC.
